We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor & Motion Designer to visually communicate our mission and bring Tenyne’s projects and campaigns to life. The ideal candidate understands modern digital storytelling, knows what drives engagement, and can craft videos that educate, inspire, and convert.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and motion design, supported by a strong creative portfolio.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to translate ideas, scripts, and briefs into polished video outputs.
- Understanding of social media content strategy and what drives engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to conceptualize and execute video content that aligns with Tenyne’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of video trends, motion design styles, and audience behavior insights.
- Excellent sense of timing, pacing, audio sync, and visual rhythm.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with writers, designers, product teams, and marketers.
- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging videos and motion assets for Tenyne’s products, brand campaigns, and services.
- Design motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and VFX that align with Tenyne’s story and creative direction.
- Produce short-form and ad-ready video content optimized for social platforms.
- Repurpose existing content (text, audio, long-form recordings, or visuals) into short, high-impact videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate concepts and ensure message clarity and consistency.
- Stay updated on design and engagement trends across digital platforms.
- Maintain organized project files, templates, and version control for media assets.
